The Development League will be a combination of Practices and Small Area Games. It will run over 6 weeks with 2 ice sessions per week. The first ice session each week will be the practice session. This practice session will focus on skills and strategies that can transfer into game situations.
The second ice session of the week will consist of a short practice and a controlled scrimmages or Small Area Games. Teams will be mixed each week so players will learn to play with all types of players. Each controlled scrimmage will have experienced coaches on the bench giving them feedback after each shift.
Elite U18 Jr. Development 2026
This groups will be focused on players going into U18 and higher. Each week we will introduce a new concept and scrimmages to see it in action and to correct mistakes.
