Pre-Season Association/Club Evaluations:
Ever wonder how and why your Son or Daughter was placed in a certain tier? or who associations hire to preform their evalutaions? Do you think your child should be place in a higher tier?
200 Hockey Development can help with all your preseason and in season evaluations for Hockey Clubs, Associations and Parents.
200 Hockey Development is proud to provide association and level evaluations or placements. Every hockey association must be able to justify why they place a player in each tier. 200 Hockey Development has a system to place and rate all players and help provide assistance in placing them in a tier that will challenge each player and help that player achieve excellence.
200 Hockey will work hand in hand with the association to provide a non-bias ranking of all the players. All of the 200 Hockey Development evaluators must have a back ground in hockey coaching or development. This is to ensure that all the players are rated by a professional group.

Individual Player Evaluations:
Pre Season:
If you are a concerned parent and would like a second opinion about the placement of your Son or Daughter we can help. We will provide an honest non biased evaluation of your child and provide our findings back to you.
In Season Evaluation and Development:
Our in season evaluation and development program has been created to help players understand their habits, strengths and weakness. 200 Hockey will put together an evaluation and development program unique to each player. The in season evaluation will provide a game analysis and an on-ice development plan to help you maximize your strengths.
There are 2 methods this can be achieved:
1) Video Submission: Players will submit an edited video of 3 games. Each video must be edited to show only your shifts and all shifts must be even strength. Once the video’s have been received you will get an customized development analysis combined with an on-ice development plan. Recommended option for all players.
2) Game Attendance: One of our Evaluations coaches will attend 1 – 3 games and document each shift. After the game evaluation you will receive a customized analysis combined with an on-ice development plan.
Once the formal evaluation has been completed our team will move on to the next phase and provide a customized on-ice development plan which will help the player maximize their practice to game transfer.
